This interactive class boosts physical activity! Participants will learn skills like kicking, punching, blocking, stretching, running, and jumping!

Pablo L. Berry and John D. Berry bring years of experience to teach participants the basics!

Children should wear loose fitting clothes to each class.

We have After School locations at the HFV Wilson Community Center! We provide homework assistance, tutoring, arts and crafts, physical education, and a snack/meal daily.

We serve Ardmore and Plainview schools.
